Tampa Extreme Building Maintenance is a licensed and insured, locally owned building maintenance company based in Lutz, just north of Tampa.
What we do
We clean and maintain property, inside and out. That covers the exterior work most people know us for — power washing, soft washing, roofs, driveways, gutters, solar panels — and the interior and property services that keep commercial clients from needing four separate vendors: floor waxing, carpet cleaning, janitorial, painting, hauling and junk removal.
We also rent a dump trailer and can supply a skid steer with an operator, which tends to matter on renovations, cleanouts and turnovers where the cleaning is only half the problem.
How we work
Every job starts with a free on-site estimate, because quoting exterior cleaning over the phone is guessing. Square footage, surface type and how much growth has built up all change the work involved, and they are not things anyone can describe accurately without looking.
The other principle is that the surface decides the method. Concrete and hardscapes take high pressure. Siding, stucco, screens and shingles get soft washed instead, because pressure on those surfaces causes damage that costs more to fix than the cleaning ever did. Plenty of operators own one machine and use it on everything. We would rather tell you a surface needs the gentler treatment.
We walk the property with you before we leave. If something needs another pass, it gets one.
